Rescuers are in dire straights as they rush from location to location to rescue and save as many dogs as possible. This heartbreaking action taken by Officials in Karachi, Pakistan. Once again Karachi civic administrators have justified the action saying they are 'eliminating dogs' as too many people have suffered dog bites in the past year.
